Bukhari Community Center

By creating an account or enrolling in a program at the Bukhari Community Center, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Provide accurate information when you register and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per family is enough — add your children under Family.
Enrollment requests are reviewed by our office. A request becomes active once it is confirmed and any required payment is arranged. Program schedules, teachers, and pricing may change — we will notify enrolled families of significant changes.
We accept card payments online through Stripe, as well as cash, Zelle, and Square. Cash, Zelle, and Square payments are confirmed by the office before your balance is marked paid.
Monthly programs may use automatic card payments (autopay). You can manage or cancel autopay from your account or by contacting the office. Refunds are handled case by case — please speak with the office.
A signed waiver is required for each child before participating in our programs. The waiver covers permission to participate and emergency medical authorization.
Children must be checked in and out for programs that require it. Children are released only to a parent, guardian, or an authorized pickup person you have listed. Keep your pickup list up to date.
Our center is a masjid and a place of learning. Treat staff, teachers, volunteers, and fellow families with respect. We may suspend participation for behavior that endangers others or disrupts our programs.
Participation in our programs is at your own risk. We take reasonable care for everyone's safety, but we are not liable for injuries or losses beyond what the law requires. Nothing here is medical or legal advice.
We may update these terms; continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Contact the office — we are happy to help.
